Terms and Conditions
The sale of goods under the B2B model is governed by the applicable commercial law.

Registration

How to register:
Register via our online store.

Registration approval:
After receiving your application, we will review it and confirm the approval via email.

Documents required for registration:

• Trade license.

• If you are a VAT payer, VAT registration number.

• For legal entities, an extract from the commercial register.

Login and Wholesale Prices (B2B Pricing)
Once your registration is approved and you log in to your account, you will see prices in wholesale mode (B2B pricing).

Ordering Goods
Orders are accepted exclusively through our online store, which allows you to:

• Clearly track the status of your orders.

• Have full access to your purchase history.

Delivery and Payment

Delivery options:
We deliver via WE/DO, Balíkovna, and Zásilkovna.
Free shipping does not apply to B2B partners.

Payment options:
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer.

Terms of Cooperation

Adherence to retail prices:
If you operate your own online store, it is necessary to follow the recommended retail prices.

Violation of rules:
Failure to comply with the retail pricing policy may result in the loss of access to wholesale discounts.
In the event of a serious violation of the rules, the cooperation will be terminated.
